Seafood Fried Rice – A Savory Mix of Shrimp, Crab & Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 200 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 100 grams crab meat
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  4. Stir in bell pepper and carrot, cooking until tender.
  5. Add cooked rice and soy sauce, stirring well to combine.
  6. Fold in crab meat and green onions.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
