1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.

These muffins can be frozen for up to 3 months.
