- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cube the potatoes, then toss them in a bowl with olive oil, ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
- While the potatoes are baking, slice the smoked sausage.
- Add the sausage to the baking sheet with the potatoes after they have baked for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
