  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes and smoked sausage.
  3. Add ranch seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and olive oil to the mixture. Toss until well coated.
  4. Spread the potato mixture evenly in a baking dish.
