A delicious vegan dish featuring stir-fry noodles and crispy tofu, perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams stir-fry noodles
  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add the tofu. Cook until crispy on all sides.
  3. In the same pan, add garlic and ginger, sautéing for a minute.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Cook the stir-fry noodles according to package instructions and add to the pan.
  6. Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the noodles and toss everything together.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your vegan stir-fry noodles!

Notes
