  • 1 cup tofu, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the stir-fry noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden and crispy.
  4. Add the garlic and ginger, sautéing for 1 minute.
  5. Add the bell pepper and broccoli, cooking until tender.
  6. Stir in the cooked noodles and soy sauce, mixing well.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
