A delightful vegan dessert featuring creamy peanut butter mousse topped with rich chocolate ganache.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp almond milk

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the coconut cream until light and fluffy.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until combined.
  4. Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  5. For the ganache, melt the dark chocolate chips with almond milk until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the ganache over the mousse before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter mousse, adjust the amount of maple syrup.
  • Make sure the coconut cream is refrigerated before whipping for best results.
