- 1/2 cup refried beans
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup vegan cheese
- 1/2 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup avocado, sliced
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Spread refried beans on the center of the tortilla.
- Add cooked rice, vegan cheese, lettuce, tomato, and avocado on top of the beans.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the ingredients.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla to make a wrap.
- Place the wrap in the skillet, seam side down, and cook until golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side until browned and crispy.
