Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/2 cup refried beans
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup vegan cheese
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup avocado, sliced
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Spread refried beans on the center of the tortilla.
  3. Add cooked rice, vegan cheese, lettuce, tomato, and avocado on top of the beans.
  4. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the ingredients.
  5. Fold the edges of the tortilla to make a wrap.
  6. Place the wrap in the skillet, seam side down, and cook until golden brown.
  7. Flip and cook the other side until browned and crispy.
  8. Cut in half and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
