  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin tin.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
