- 1 loaf French bread
- 2 cups blueberries
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cube the French bread and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the blueberries over the bread cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread and blueberries, making sure everything is well coated.
- Top with the chopped turkey bacon.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
