Tomato, Spinach & Bacon Pasta

A delicious and quick pasta dish featuring tomatoes, spinach, and turkey bacon.

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic, sauté for a minute.
  4. Add spinach and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, cooking until spinach wilts.
  5. Toss in the cooked pasta and chopped bacon, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
