  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just blended.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  6. Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
