- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)

- While the brownies cool, mix mascarpone cheese and coffee liqueur in a bowl.
- Spread the mascarpone mixture on top of the cooled brownies.
