  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour while mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread with melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut it into rolls.
  8. Place the rolls in a baking dish and let them rise again for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Drizzle with vanilla icing before serving.
