  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, julienned

Instructions

  1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. While the rice is cooking, preheat a grill or a skillet over medium heat.
