Delicious and hearty baked breakfast tacos filled with turkey bacon and chicken ham for a perfect morning meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 taco shells
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add in the chopped turkey bacon, chicken ham, bell peppers, and green onions to the egg mixture.
  5. Fill each taco shell with the egg mixture and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Place the filled taco shells on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
