- 8 taco shells
- 4 ounces turkey bacon
- 4 ounces chicken ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add in the chopped turkey bacon, chicken ham, bell peppers, and green onions to the egg mixture.
- Fill each taco shell with the egg mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Place the filled taco shells on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted.
