- 1 cup mango puree
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 green onions for garnish
- In a bowl, mix together the mango puree, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, rice vinegar, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
