Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice sweet potatoes thinly and layer in a greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle cranberries over the top of the sweet potatoes.
  4. In a bowl, combine cream, cheese, butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and brown sugar, then pour over the layered potatoes and cranberries.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
