- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice sweet potatoes thinly and layer in a greased baking dish.
