Ingredients

  • 8 ounces sun-dried tomatoes
  • 12 ounces pasta
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant.
  3. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce and add fresh basil before serving.

Notes

  • This dish pairs well with grilled chicken.
  • For a vegetarian option, omit the chicken and add more vegetables.
