- 8 ounces pasta of your choice
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the halved cherry tomatoes.
- Season with salt and black pepper, and cook until tomatoes are soft and burst.
- Add the cooked pasta and fresh basil to the skillet, tossing to combine.
