  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced apples with cinnamon and mix well.
  3. In another bowl, mix rolled oats, almond flour, applesauce, melted coconut oil, chopped nuts, and vanilla extract.
  4. Spread the apple mixture in a baking dish and top with oat mixture.
