A delicious and simple recipe for stuffed salmon featuring spinach and feta cheese.

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, then remove from heat.
  4. In a bowl, combine the cooked spinach and feta cheese, then add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
