Strawberry Hibiscus Iced Tea recipe

A delicious and refreshing blend of strawberry and hibiscus for a perfect iced tea.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a pot.
  2. Add the dried hibiscus flowers and reduce heat. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Strain the liquid and return it to the pot.
  4. Add the sliced strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice; stir until sugar is dissolved.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with additional strawberries, if desired.

Notes

  • For a stronger flavor, steep hibiscus longer.
  • Try adding mint for extra freshness.
