- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and the egg. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the chopped strawberries and crumbled turkey bacon evenly.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and allow them to rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
