  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine matzo meal, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and almond extract until smooth.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the baked crust.
  6. Top with fresh strawberries.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
