  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and spinach to the skillet; sauté until the spinach wilts.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
