  • 12 large jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese and spinach mixture.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish and place the stuffed shells on top.
