- 8 ounces pasta of your choice
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 jar (about 24 ounces) marinara sauce
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, spinach, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the cooked pasta to the ricotta mixture and mix well.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer the pasta mixture on top of the sauce and then add the remaining marinara sauce on top.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For a greener dish, add more spinach.
- Feel free to substitute the cheeses as per your preference.
