Spinach and Ricotta Pasta Bake

A delicious and comforting Spinach and Ricotta Pasta Bake that brings warmth to any meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 jar (about 24 ounces) marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, spinach, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the ricotta mixture and mix well.
  5. Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer the pasta mixture on top of the sauce and then add the remaining marinara sauce on top.
  7. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For a greener dish, add more spinach.
  • Feel free to substitute the cheeses as per your preference.
