A deliciously creamy and spicy vodka pasta featuring a unique turkey bacon twist.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces pasta
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. Add olive oil and garlic to the skillet, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Stir in red pepper flakes and tomato sauce, simmering for 5 minutes.
  5. Add heavy cream and vodka, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Mix in the cooked pasta and parmesan cheese, then toss to combine.
  7. Garnish with crumbled turkey bacon and fresh basil before serving.
