A delicious and comforting sushi bake combining spicy tuna and creamy crab.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces spicy tuna salad
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 8 ounces imitation crab meat, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded seaweed
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse sushi rice and combine with water in a pot; cook according to package instructions.
  3. Once cooked, stir in rice vinegar and salt. Spread in a baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix spicy tuna salad, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sriracha until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture over the sushi rice in the baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded imitation crab meat and green onions.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through.
  8. Remove from oven and garnish with shredded seaweed and sesame seeds.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add more sriracha to the mixture.
  • Can substitute real crab for imitation if desired.
