- 1 cup sushi rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces spicy tuna salad
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 8 ounces imitation crab meat, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded seaweed
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse sushi rice and combine with water in a pot; cook according to package instructions.
- Once cooked, stir in rice vinegar and salt. Spread in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix spicy tuna salad, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sriracha until well combined.
- Spread the mixture over the sushi rice in the baking dish.
- Top with shredded imitation crab meat and green onions.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from oven and garnish with shredded seaweed and sesame seeds.
Notes
- For extra spice, add more sriracha to the mixture.
- Can substitute real crab for imitation if desired.
