This Spicy Tofu Scramble is the perfect vegan alternative to scrambled eggs, packed with flavor and easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Drain the tofu and crumble it into a bowl.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the crumbled tofu and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add diced bell peppers and green onions, cooking for another 3-5 minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve hot.
