  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef and stir to combine.
  4. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef, egg noodles, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
