Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, combine buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fill the muffin cups with batter and bake for 15-18 minutes.
  6. Once baked, allow to cool slightly before coating with cinnamon sugar.

Notes
