- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, and chopped bacon. Shape into patties.
- Place sliced onions and garlic in the slow cooker. Add the patties on top.
- In a separate bowl, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and mushrooms. Pour over the patties.
