A delicious and easy-to-make Slow Cooker Chicken Burrito Bowl that your family will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add black beans, corn, salsa, and taco seasoning on top of the chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix everything well.
  5. Serve over cooked rice and top with cheese, avocado, and cilantro.
