  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Toss in the cooked fettuccine and mix until well coated with the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
