  • 1 whole turkey, thawed
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, dried
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 1 teaspoon sage, dried
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the stuffing mix, chicken broth, pecans, and cranberries.
  3. Season the turkey with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the stuffing mixture inside the turkey cavity.
  5. Place the turkey on a sheet pan and roast for 1.5 to 2 hours.
