- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 whole wheat pitas
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
