  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat pitas
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the chicken on a sheet pan and roast for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Remove chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Warm the pitas in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Assemble the pitas by adding sliced chicken, mixed greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers.
  8. Drizzle with herby ranch dressing and serve.
