- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound scallops
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté garlic in a little olive oil until fragrant, then add shrimp and scallops. Cook until shrimp is pink and scallops are opaque.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish. Place three lasagna noodles on top.
- Add a layer of the seafood mixture, followed by a layer of the cheese mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with sauce and remaining mozzarella on top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
