  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, sauté garlic in a little olive oil until fragrant, then add shrimp and scallops. Cook until shrimp is pink and scallops are opaque.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish. Place three lasagna noodles on top.
  6. Add a layer of the seafood mixture, followed by a layer of the cheese mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with sauce and remaining mozzarella on top.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can include a pinch of red pepper flakes in the seafood mixture.
  • Pair with a green salad for a complete meal.
