  • 150 grams scallops
  • 100 grams turkey bacon
  • 100 grams chicken ham
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add the shrimp and scallops, sautéing until just cooked.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, grated cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked shrimp, scallops, and turkey bacon to the mixture.
  6. Transfer everything to a baking dish and top with additional cheese if desired.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
