Seafood Fried Rice – A Savory Mix of Shrimp, Crab & Veggies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the shrimp and cook until pink.
  4. Add the crab meat and mixed vegetables, cooking until heated through.
  5. Push the mixture to one side of the skillet and pour in the beaten eggs, scrambling until cooked.
  6. Mix in the cooked rice and add soy sauce, stirring to combine.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add some chili flakes.
  • Feel free to substitute vegetables according to your preference.
