1 pound sausage
6 large eggs
1 cup cream cheese
1 package frozen hash browns
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream cheese until smooth.
Add the cooked sausage, hash browns, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
