- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and yeast.
- Add the warm water, rosemary, and garlic, and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with a towel and let it rest for 12-18 hours at room temperature.

- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a Dutch oven inside to heat up.
- Carefully transfer the dough to the hot Dutch oven, cover, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
