Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 8 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 4 slices of your favorite bread
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the strawberries with honey and spread them on a baking sheet.
