- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tbsp red food coloring
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
