Instructions

  3. In another bowl, combine wet ingredients: vegetable oil, buttermilk, eggs, red food coloring, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

  5. Pour the batter into prepared cake pans and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Let the cakes cool before frosting with cream cheese frosting.
