  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix buttermilk, eggs, vanilla extract, and red food coloring.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the softened butter, and sprinkle cinnamon.
  5. Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
  6. Place the rolls in a baking dish and let them rise for about 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
