Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar, and mix well.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Stir in the red food coloring.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
