  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rose water
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine raspberries, water, and sugar. Cook over medium heat until raspberries are soft.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove seeds.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in a small amount of warm water and add to the raspberry puree.
  4. Stir in rose water and mix well.
  5. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the raspberry mixture.
  6. Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate until set.

Notes

  • For an extra floral touch, garnish with edible rose petals.
  • Make sure the gelatin is completely dissolved to avoid lumps.
