- 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup chocolate ganache
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a dish.
- In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped cream.
